Frequently Asked Questions

How does per-identity pricing work?

You pay per protected identity (user) per month. Each identity includes your base channel (email). Additional channels like Teams chat are add-ons per identity.

Will this slow down our email?

No. The BCC/journal rule adds <1 second of latency, which is imperceptible. Your users receive emails normally.

What channels are supported?

Email and Microsoft Teams chat are live today. Document sharing and additional channels are on the roadmap. Each channel expands identity coverage — the more surfaces connected, the better the detection.

What happens to sensitive data?

Message content is processed in real-time and retained for 14 days for model tuning. After that, only anonymized threat metadata is kept. Content never leaves our GCP environment.

What is agent attribution?

AI agents like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise act under human identities using delegated permissions. We trace the delegation chain to distinguish agent actions from human actions — so you know who (or what) is actually acting.

What happens after Early Access?

Early access participants receive preferred per-identity pricing when we launch generally. We give plenty of notice before any transition.
